Cut-out over dormer window in Algiers, Louisiana. This little colony was hot!!!

I found a queen but the bees were balling and stinging her to death. She was black.

Yeah Scott, new hive for sure. They sure were testy little suckers too. It was a lil chilly when I opened them up, could be the reason for their bad manners.
