Any good maple syrup production this year?

How has the maple syrup season turned out this year for you guys back in maple tree regions?

folks up here in Vermont are predicting a good year, but it's off to a slow start. I don't have time for it myself yet. maybe someday

Kev, I see your location is Hoosick Falls. I grew up in Fort Ann. For the past several years I've been travelling back there in March to make some syrup. Since I no longer work full-time, I can take the time to do it. Last year wasn't too great a year, but some people on the BeeSource forum posted this year has been pretty good. I didn't go back this year. Guess I should have.

 The weather just won't cooperate, just got another 5 in. of snow last night, cold and windy. Going to warm up next week, should really run good then.
