nope, no applause needed just....just watch it for more than 2 hours, then, you'll get my applause, and if you watch it the moment it stops working, hell, then you get my...hmmm congrats? i Dare you to do it! grin

Mici, maybe I'll go down and set up my own cam, I'll call it the sleep cam & you can watch me watching the lite, eyes closed, might catch more action from me than the bulb, me drooling and snoring, perhaps a little coughing now and again.

When I worked in the electricity supply industry 15 or so years ago, we had a lot of globes that had been left on since the 30s and were still going strong, they made then to last back then. Heavy elements, solid glass and fantastic seals. No interruption to the currnet by turning them on and off, so they last.

We could make them to last as long now, but like everyting else, its just a throw away society.
