Sorry Cindi, I just cant think of what made me use Listerine. Honestly though, I must have done something in the past with Listerine to make me think of this but for the life of me I just dont remember..Ahaaah!...Maybeeeee,....Maybe I was looking for the Chloraseptic and we didnt have any so I got the Listerine!
Now, I KNOW why I would of thought of the Chloraseptic!....It cools off the bottom of the elevator if you've eaten jalapenos!..This is all speculation of WHY the Listerine, but thats all I can think of!
And its true about the Chloraseptic putting the fire out!...Just a little on ......Well, use your imagination!
Another thing about Chloraseptic(Now, I have to tell you,  I havent tried this yet myself, so I dont condone this at all)....But my father in-law says he puts it "IN" his eyes for allergy relief!!... shocked.....I read the label on this stuff and there is no alcohol in it(Also, I may have read the label on Walmarts "Equate" brand of Chloraseptic)..Remember, I havent tried this.....Please dont blind yourself for gosh sakes...Leave these trial studies to the professionals......LIKE ME!!!! grin

Anyways, there ya go!

John, well, ah, thanks, ah, for the rather blatent answer to my question, hee, hee.  That's what I like about you.  You have no bones about saying anything that is on your mind, that most of us just plain and simply don't have the guts (or the wherefor) to say out loud in public.  Although we are all indeed human (well, I hope we are, maybe not JP, think he's an alien and hasn't given back my green snips yet, I think Franz has them now, but JP painted them pink, eeks!!!  but that is OK), and we all have issues now then with that fire in the bottom of the elevator after eating something that is rather rough on the tummy, hee, hee.  Beautiful day in this beautiful and great life.  Cindi

John thanks for the taste test review.  And since I know what few members look like so the imagination runs wild! Wink

Everyone said it couldn't be done. But he with a chuckle replied, "I won't be one to say it is so, until I give it a try."  So he buckled right in with a trace of a grin.  If he had a worry he hid it and he started to sing as he tackled that thing that couldn't be done, and he did it.  (unknown)

Well, Cindi, it wouldn't be a secret if I told you now, would it? Has something to do with my interplanetary travels though, hint, hint.  Kiss grin cool

Hey guys!
My dog licks me in the face all the time!
It doesnt hurt him one bit! I think he uses my wiskers as a "Tongue Scraper"!

Oh yeh,....Tomorrow I go for a "Fasting Lab".(.heh, heh....not the dog kind of lab Smiley)...This will give me results about whether or not the cinnamon and honey drink, and cinnamon and honey on my "Fiber One" cereal have done any good for me..Blood pressure I know is already lower then 6 months ago....Hopefully, my cholestrol counts will be lower this time....It'll probably be awhile till they tell me my results but as soon as they do I'll post my findings!

John, I can't wait to hear the results, I wonder how long it will take to get them.  I mean it, I am really interested.  Have the best of this awesome day, Cindi

This is the way it works Cindi...
First I go to the office to give them my 90 day mail order prescription requests...4 hours later they call me on my lab tests.
Last time I NEVER heard of my results until Kanna had to steal them out of another Drs basket.
This is just a taste of how they work there. One good thing tho....I dont usually have to wait much for an office visit.
I'll let you know as soon as I know!

did you get your seeds yet?

John, good, thanks for that info.  Nope, don't have the air potatoes yet, I am so curious about these things growing here, just hope that they can stand the rather coolish climate.  I will of course start them indoors, and set out as transplants probably in middle of May, by then then weather is very warm.  Thanks for thinking of me and sending them along, I am sure they will be here any day now.  Beautiful day in this great life. Be careful, Fiber One cereal I think has artificial sweetener in it...not good for the body!

exercise for BP and cholesterol.

but...you know this, right?     evil

Yep, Kathy.....
Exercise, exercise, exercise Cry...Treadmills and weights...so boring...
I didnt know about the fiber 1 having sweeteners DVD. I usually dont like aspartame, but I dont mind splenda. I suppose I like honey, then sugar.
ok,...my results are in...in 6 mths time...cholestrol went from 141 to 131.......triglycerides went from 181 to 126.......HDL, 27 to 24(This is what had me concerned initially, as the Nurse said it was way too low...I have a new med for this now called Lovalal)...glucose from 99 to 97...calculated LDL cholestrol...78 to 82....Risk ratio LDL/HDL, 2.88 to 3.41.
Theres a bunch of other stuff that is on my lists but i dont know what they mean.
These changes in numbers I hope are because of the honey and cinnamon I eat.
Whattaya think??
