Why two subforums?

I have to ask - I usually stick to the General forum, and the Natural/Organic forum. I wandered into Rapid Beeyard Growth today and couldn't understand why this was separated from the general forum - the discussions are exactly the same. Why not put them back together and cut down on the divisions? Too many subforums tend to break things up too much (at least in my mind).
