I tell ya you can take this organic thing to the nth degree, really, what next, the bottling jars have to be certified organic too, and the lids, and your extractor, etc... etc... etc... No offense to you or your concerns bee bop.
Things that may not pass the organic test in the future:
Plastic bottling, due to the new research about chemicals in plastics.
Plastic foundation and frames, for the same reasons.
Much of this depends on what the current research about the potential harm of plasticizers turns up, but one of the things that I make sure to do when I am looking for honey is a glass jar.
