we got 2.50 inches of rain yesterday and last night, it started about noon and rained till about 11:30 last night, man we needed it!!!!!! went out today and ground was wet but no puddles, ground sucked it up and pond got a little fuller , hope it is a sign of better times coming.... you know its bad when you stay on the porch and watch for a couple hours, and when you dont mind at all it raining on the weekends.....

We got some rain also yesterday that was much needed as well. Maybe early blooms?

we got the same storm, only it was mid-thirties and miserable weather as a result. The wind hasn't stopped yet either.

We had a steady downpour on Sat. and then the wind kicked up of Sun. It blew away all out warm weather, so now the bees are snuggling up! - Hey in SC, 50F is COLD!!!!!

in 2006 we didn't get one drop of rain. literally. This year we have stayed above the yearly average. Right now we are over five inches over normal.

It rained last week.
However we are being cut down to one day a week watering in January.

We got rain this week we are over last years total.We only got 2.37 inches last year.We are at 3.23 now cross your fingers kirko

I heard today that the long range forecast for Georgia will be worsening of the drought for next summer due to a dryer than normal winter. Wish we could get a few of those buckets Ann.
