Cold snap for South Florida
«

Well SoFla is having it's winter spell.
Right now it is 57F/14C. I mean that is darn cold.
And for the next couple of days it the high only goes into the mid 70's F.
I mean it's cold here people I might have to drink my margarita on the rocks and not frozen.
I fly out to Salt Lake City tomorrow. I have only been there about two weeks and I am already sick of scraping ice and snow off my windshield.
Sincerely,
Brendhan

I never scrape ice/snow off the windshield. I cranker up the vehicle turn the heat on high. Turn on the defrost and go back in to the warm house. A bit later I go out to a warm vehicle and let the wipers wipe off the slush, and away I go.

I would do that but with my luck since it is a rental car in a hotel parking lot. Someone would steal it.

A favorite pastime of highschool kids. Cold weather means lots of idling cars in driveays and such. I guess they can't resist the temptation!

Well when I lived in town it would be locked. Two keys or remote are great inventions.

Well, you can suffer through your cold snap...we've got a warm spell forcasted...it is supposed to be almost 37 by the weekend!!!
That will almost be balmy enough to put on a short-sleeved shirt!!! We'll be warming up the margaritas getting ready for it!!!
On the bright side, the kids LOVE the snow and have been playing outside for 2 hours a day, sledding snowballs, forts, etc.
