That's really cool Dallas. I may get one one day. I have a moultrie 6.0 right now and it does very well. I tried two other brands that gave me fits. They were mainly not waterproof.

Thats cool except for the price. Not only do they get you with the purchase but also the wireles package and the amount of photos it sends. Call me onld fashion but Ill go out for a walk first.

that's what i need out back. i could see what sets off the dogs at 4 am and what is raiding my grain in the barn. i suspect raccoons, since stuff is missing.....it would be cheaper to sleep in the barn for a couple of nights  |

For some reason about an hour and a half after those pictures were taken another bunch of deer came by and the camera didn't take any pictures. I'm thinking the batteries being over a month old might have been weak.

Aw, a baby! Not around here yet, another month or so. We brought the camera home to check it for pictures, and to change out the batteries, I guess. I hope we can get some pictures during the day, too, when we set it up again!

Ann, that picture I believe was taken in September. Your deer are very large and healthy looking, good winter reserves on them. It snowed at our property this Saturday and I didn't have the camera out! I could just kick myself!  ......JP |

Really nice Ann! Here's one from my moultrie 6.0 .......JP VERY NICE !! You camera even tells what the temperature was, pretty nifty. I thought about getting a higher end camera because of all the options but was scared away by the price. When I used to rototill our gardens in Maine we used to see moose and monster buck tracks in them soon after. I'm sure we'll get some better pictures down the road. |

Woodchopper my moultrie 6.0 is the best one I have used so far. I went through 4 different cuddebacks and one re-conix, that were not waterproof. Veryy happy with the moultrie and it was like $200.00 cheaper than the other two! Can't beat moultries for price and performance. Yeah and its neat to see all the particulars like moonphase, time, etc... Here's another from my moultrie:  .......JP |

Oh, he's been around, but he hangs out on a metal detecting forum more, and both of us are on a local gun forum. I spend quite a bit of time here on Beemaster and tell him to look at this or read that, I'm his information collector  Actually Greg is the one who wanted to become a beekeeper, something I'd always wanted to do but didn't have anyone to do it with. His uncle was a founding member of a local bee club and he used to help his uncle work the bees when he was younger. Yes, he is definitely my new and improved!  |

That's awesome, JP, and actually easier for her, too. My first husband's name was Fred. I married a Greg. Just change two consonants - after 26 years of saying one, it was very hard to not slip every once in awhile - the poor guy! But he's been understanding about it, and it hasn't happened more than two or three times, but each time I feel like such a jerk!  Too funny Ann!! ....JP |
