The Spanish King could not turn off the radio .chavez radio, the Great Charlatan, the President of a Southamerica country, was calling fascist from the extreme right, to the last Spanish President. So, desperate, His Majestic, scaping the goat, shout:

i thought that was so excellent!  there is a time for diplomacy, and a time for "shut up"
