I saw one of these in Florida waters once. It had a blue whale in its tentacles.

A little research has showed that it is a photoshop but not in the way you think.
The jellyfish is real and may be known as a lions mane. The diver was added to the photo.
The jellyfish is very large possibly 10 feet in diameter with long tentacles. The added diver to the photo gives a improper perspective (Optical Illusion).
