I like raising Queens but my wife still wants me to to put extra hives out just for honey, she loves eating and selling it, I have been thinking of maybe getting a uncapper one day, the thing is they are so expensive, I was looking and the THE SIDELINER UNCAPPER and was wondering if anyone has bought one and what do you think about it?

cowen has a small one called the handyman, its only $2166.00, or the big one for over $6000.00, think I might not want to spend more than thousand not running 100 hives plus..

what's wrong with a hot knife?  it can't be any slower than a machine.  maybe a little messy, but way cheaper!
