You can make one cheap with a piece of 1x8, (2) 9-frame metal rests, and a handle from the hardware store.

Nail the frame rest on the sides of the 1x8 facing down and put the handle on top in the middle. them just lay it on top of the frames and move them until the frame rest fall in place.
