Yea, rabbits can be pretty vicious! I had a dutch miniature that my basset hound was terrified of. Alice would swipe Molly on the snout and the poor dog would run and hide - from a bunny about one-tenth her size!

I had a rooster that would chase my dog and take his bones from him, eat his dry food and spill his water. Gave my mother a peck one day while she was hanging the laundry and we had rooster and dumplings that night. Happy dog.

I had a Mother Rabbit in a hutch that killed a 6' Black Snake that had gotten into the hutch. It was after her babies.
