How do you subscribe to a new topic?

I know, I must be missing something right in front of me, but if there is a new topic I see that I want to see any replys to it, how do I get an email denoting a new reply? usually on a forum there is a subscribe button, if there is here, I cannot find it.

Use "notify" on the upper right
