New Swarm in TB

Finally, caught good size swarm and put them into the virgin TB.  I'm using bars shaped like a V on the bottom.  How long should I wait before going in to see if they are contructing the comb correctly?  Cold coming for Mon-wed. then back to 70's on Thurs.
