Beekeep On!

WWW
« on: February 16, 2005, 06:32:14 PM »

If your up for some experimenting, I have just added a new section to my website with beekeeping patents.

I will continue to add more as time permits and space allows.  If you have a particular patent you would like to see, PM me and I'll see what I can do.

If I can find it I have a set of patent papers from around 1900 for a bee hive.
  I'll look for them.

There is a big annual bee meeting at Ohio State University Extension at Wooster, Ohio. There is a very fine collection of old hives, equipment and manufacturing equipment. They have the actual machine that a.I Root describes in the book for making the rollers to make wax foundation.
